ABOUT ROB
Political Background
Robert has been involved with politics since the first Presedential election that he was able to vote in 2000. Rased in a Conservative Democrat home Robert knew that if you are conservative the Democratic party is not who you need to support. While going to school at WVU he helped the Monagelia County GOP proudly elect President Bush, Shelly Moore Capito (WV 2nd Congressional), and Governor Cecil Underwood. This is a feat which never had occured for a first term president since the great depression. After moving back to Charleston in Kanawha County Robert helped Capito clench a 2nd term in Congress while he was also serving on the Kanawha County Republican Committee.
Once Robert moved to Westmoreland County in 2006 Robert immediatly jumped in and helped on the Swann and Santorum races. Even though they may have not been successful statewide they were victorious in Westmoreland. After these races he wasted no time finding a seat on the Westmoreland County Republican committee. While there he helped Kim ward win County Commissioner.
In 2012 he ran and won his current seat on the Republican Committee of Beaver County . Not stoping with that seeing that there was no Beaver County Young Republicans of which he currently holds a seat as Chairman. The Young Republicans under his leadership has grown to an active group of 15 with more joining every day, as well as over 100 followers on facebook and twitter.
In 2013 The Young Republicans spear headed the campaign of Tim Sempf and helped Roman Kozak both in their races for Beaver Falls Council. With a huge wall ahead of them they made great progress by proving that we can have a foot hold in every city if you do it right. During this race Kozak and Sempf only lost a spot, on the council, by less than 20 votes.
